Working hours: Flexible between 7:00–18:00, as schedules are updated weekly (either 7:00–16:00 or 9:00–18:00 shifts).

MegaGroup Logistics Services (MGLS), our European Distribution Center, plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply chain operations across our network. As a Senior Transport Coordinator at MegaGroup , you are not just coordinating on transport—you are improving the way it works. You take ownership of inbound and outbound transport flows, combining operational expertise with a continuous improvement mindset to make our logistics processes smarter, smoother, and more efficient. 

You are at the heart of our logistics operations, connecting carriers, warehouses, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure every shipment runs successfully. From planning transport orders and managing daily operations to analyzing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement, you play a key role in optimizing our transport performance. You use your experience, problem-solving skills, and tech-savvy mindset to improve workflows, leverage systems and data, and help build scalable solutions. You will be part of the Transport team and report directly to the Senior Transport Manager. 

We count on you to: 

• Drive continuous improvement in transport operations : identifying optimization opportunities, improving processes, supporting Lean & 6S initiatives, and contributing to projects such as TMS enhancements, new system modules, and cost reduction initiatives. 

• Own and coordinate transport planning : managing inbound and outbound flows, planning shipments based on warehouse capacity, and ensuring efficient use of transport resources. 

• Manage carrier and logistics partner coordination : providing accurate shipment information, managing LTL/FTL capacity, adjusting transport requirements when needed, and ensuring smooth collaboration with external partners. 

• Ensure accurate shipment execution and documentation : preparing freight documentation, ADR forms, export documents, and providing carriers and logistics service providers with the required information for successful deliveries and pickups. 

• Maintain safe, compliant, and efficient operations : by following HSE regulations, identifying deviations, taking corrective actions, and working closely with stakeholders to continuously improve operational performance. 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain. Your relevant working experience is much appreciated.

• Knowledge of incoterms, import and export procedures

• Proven experience with ERP, WMS systems, and Microsoft Office

• Proactive, structured, and stress-resistant, with a keen eye for potential disruptions

• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with drivers, transporters, and colleagues

• Fluent in English. If you speak Dutch as well, that’s a great bonus!
