Inside Sales Specialist at Bevo Vertriebs GmbH in Vlotho
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Specialist and be at the forefront of driving sales success! The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Specialist is to actively identify, engage, and sell to potential and existing customers without outside sales support. This role not only offers engaging responsibilities and opportunities but also provides attractive additional benefits, including an excellent bonus scheme of up to 15% of the annual salary based on achieving the set KPIs.
Unleash your sales prowess: Closing a significant volume and value of deals, largely from existing customers.
Be the lead hunter: Identifying and researching potential leads through various channels, such as market research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Engage with impact: Initiating contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce products or services and understand their needs.
Qualify like a pro: Assessing the viability of leads to determine if they meet the criteria for further development, including evaluating their budget, needs, and decision-making process.
Build lasting connections: Developing and nurturing relationships with prospects to build trust and credibility, positioning the company as a valuable partner.
Job requirements
To be considered for this position, please ensure you meet the following key requirements and possess the necessary skills:
High school diploma (MBO+) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with managing sales pipelines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and qualify leads effectively.
