Availability: Full-time 
Location: Office-based in Bury St Edmunds

YOUR MISSION

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry. 

As part of MegaGroup, Bosta UK is a leading wholesale distributor of plastic piping systems and associated products for the water, irrigation, and construction markets in the UK.

Being an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales goals and driving sustainable growth with both new and existing customers. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager. You’ll also be supported by a collaborative team of Senior Inside Sales Account Managers (your coaches), Key Account Managers, Aftersales, Marketing, and Business Analysts. You’ll contribute by identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships, and guiding customers through our proven sales process.

We count on you to: 

  • Collaborate with the local team to execute Group strategy through strong, relationship-driven sales.

  • Identify opportunities by understanding customer needs and proactively growing share of wallet.

  • Convert sales by offering tailored solutions and clearly communicating our value and differentiation.

  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, from proposal through to final agreement.

  • Build relationships by maintaining proactive communication and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Ensure efficiency by handling enquiries, processing orders smoothly, and coordinating with external sales when needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent 

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in sales, especially technical solutions sales 

  • Practical or technical knowledge of water piping systems is a plus, your willingness to learn is highly appreciated.

  • A team player who is organised, proactive, and career-focused.

  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable using MS Office and other digital tools
