Bosta Belgium, a key member of the Megagroup Trade Holding family, specializes in piping systems, irrigation, and water purification solutions. As a Sales Support Specialist with us, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact by ensuring efficient order processing and enhancing customer satisfaction. • Your Role: As a Sales Support Specialist, you will manage sales orders, handle customer queries, and coordinate projects. You’ll collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Your role will also include responding to customer calls, emails, preparing quotations, and providing after-sales support.
• What you’ll see: A fast-paced work environment where your detail-oriented skills help solve customer concerns, streamline sales processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Why this role suits your talent:

• Your Background: You have a (technical) secondary education diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or sales, with 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or an administrative role.
• Your Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP systems, and a solid understanding of the sales cycle, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations are key to success in this role. Also familiarity, or high propensity to learn, our products and services, especially in the field of Pools would be a big plus.
• Your Skills: You are detail-oriented, with excellent time management, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams. Experience in managing special requests and providing exceptional after-sales support is highly valued.

What you may expect from us:

• Salary: Salary range from gross 2800,- to €3500,- per month. Your experiences and skills will determine your salary, which will be discussed at the end of our selection process
• Vacation: 20 vacation days and 12 compensation days (based on 40 hrs workweek)
