As a Sales Support Specialist you combine your organizational skills, technical know-how and customer-first mindset to keep our sales process running smoothly
Behind the scenes you directly assist customers with technical insights and advice on our innovative pool products. This isn’t about chasing new leads—it’s about delivering exceptional service and support while ensuring all administrative tasks are spot-on.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the technical guru: Provide technical advice and support to customers, offering logical, practical solutions tailored to their needs.
- Support the sales team: Prepare reports, update sales figures, and handle routine correspondence to keep the team running smoothly.
- Handle inquiries like a pro: Respond to customer calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information or solutions
- Keep everything on track: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring product details, pricing, and delivery instructions are flawless.
- Master the documentation: Manage and organize sales documents like invoices, confirmations, and shipping records.
- Coordinate projects and specials: Manage specific requests like garden installations or spare part orders, ensuring seamless execution.
- Streamline after-sales: Address complaints, manage returns, and process correction orders with efficiency and care.
Job requirements
To be considered for this role, we require the following qualifications and skills:
- MBO+ diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1–3 years proven experience in a sales support, administrative or customer service role.
- Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with technical products (bonus for pool-related expertise).
