Inside Sales Specialist at Bosta Belgium in Sint-Martens-Latem

Become part of our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success! In this position, you will be responsible for actively identifying, reaching out to, and selling to both potential and existing clients—all without relying on the external sales team.   • Winning new customers: Actively seek out new leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Supporting and expanding existing clients: Nurture and develop relationships with current customers by offering new products or services that perfectly match their evolving needs.
  • Creating opportunities: Proactively reach out to customers via phone, email, or other communication methods to convince them of the value our solutions can bring.
  • Qualifying and prioritizing leads: Assess the potential of leads by analyzing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Building lasting relationships: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring they continue to see Bosta as a trusted and valued partner.

Job requirements

To be considered for this role, we require the following qualifications and skills:

  • MBO+ diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and effectively qualify leads.
