YOUR MISSION 

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry. 

MegaGroup Logistics Services (MGLS), our European Distribution Center, plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply chain operations across our network. As a Warehouse Manager at MGLS, you help us oversee and continuously optimize our warehouse operations and the broader value chain. You bring a tech-savvy mindset and leveraging innovative technologies to future-proof our processes. In this role, you will report directly to our COO and work closely with local sales teams as well as central planning, category management, and procurement functions. Your mission is to ensure our customer demand is fulfilled by OTIF while optimizing OPEX costs.

We count on you to: 

Optimize warehouse operations

• Take full ownership of inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal transport flows

• Ensure efficient planning and execution of goods flow and daily operations

• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as OTIF, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency

• Ensure proper facility management related to e.g. internal transport equipment, cleaning and energy

Drive continuous improvement & digitalization

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance

• Leverage data, WMS/ERP systems, and modern technologies (e.g. automation, AI-driven insights)

• Analyze operational performance and resolve logistical challenges proactively

Lead and develop high-performing teams

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to ensure engagement and performance

• Manage workforce planning, including flexible staffing to handle seasonal peaks

• Foster a safe, collaborative, and results-driven work environment

Ensure safety, compliance & operational excellence

• Maintain high standards in safety, health, and environmental compliance

• Conduct regular checks and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Ensure well-organized, structured, and compliant warehouse operations

Collaborate across the value chain

• Work closely with sales, procurement, planning, and finance teams

• Manage relationships with logistics service providers and partners

• Align with international teams and key stakeholders to optimize overall supply chain performance

Manage performance & costs

• Own and manage warehouse budgets and cost control (OPEX)

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

WHAT YOU BRING 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain leadership roles, preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment

•  Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing warehouse processes across cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• A strategic mindset with the ability to align operational execution with long–term business objectives

• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management

• Experience working with IT systems (e.g. ERP, WMS) and affinity with digitalization and data-driven tools

• Fluent in English. If you speak Dutch as well, that’s a great bonus!
