Transport Coordinator

Working hours: Flexible between 7:00–18:00, as schedules are updated weekly (either 7:00–16:00 or 9:00–18:00 shifts).

Your mission 

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry.  

As a Transport Coordinator at MegaGroup, you are responsible for planning and for welcoming drivers. In addition, you handle transport-related administration. You are the connecting link between carriers, the warehouse, and internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you are responsible for internal and external communication via email. 

Your key responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound transport movements 

• Plan and communicate loading capacity with transporters (LTL/FTL, stand trailers) 

• Prepare and manage transport, ADR, and export documentation 

• Manage the central transport mailbox and act as the main contact for transport-related communication 

• Perform counter and on-site activities: receive and register drivers, guide them on-site, and distribute transport documentation 

• Receive courier packages and support administrative tasks such as key and access management and opening/closing warehouse access 

• Work according to VGM, Lean & 6S principles and actively support continuous improvement within logistics operations 

What you bring 

• MBO level 4 or higher, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain 

• Experience in transport coordination, logistics, or expedition is a strong plus 

• Comfortable working with ERP, WMS systems, and Microsoft Office 

• Proactive, structured, and stress-resistant, with a keen eye for potential disruptions 

• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with drivers, transporters, and colleagues 

• Fluent in English. If you speak Dutch as well, that’s a great bonus!
