What will you do? 

As a Team Leader Logistics, you are the driving force behind your team’s daily operations. Together with two assistant team leaders, you manage a team of 6 to 12 colleagues from various backgrounds and nationalities. You ensure that every order is processed accurately and efficiently — all while creating a positive and safe work environment. 

You’ll be working closely with other team leaders and departments, aligning capacity and priorities to make sure we meet our goals. After onboarding, employees may rotate between departments depending on the workload, so flexibility and coordination are key. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Manage, coach, and motivate your team to reach operational targets. 

• Act as the key link between the shop floor and management. 

• Ensure daily performance, quality, and accuracy in logistics execution. 

• Use tools like rolling stock, IT systems, and your people management skills to optimize workflow. 

• Continuously look for improvements in processes, efficiency, and teamwork. 

• Support your team in their development and help create a culture of trust and collaboration. 

• Encourage fun, cooperation, and a "we've got each other's back" mindset. 

Within 6–12 months, you are expected to lead your team confidently, contribute actively to cross-department collaboration, and help strengthen logistics knowledge and insight across the team. 

What are we looking for? 

• At least 5 years of experience in various logistics roles. 

• Strong people management skills: patient, communicative, and supportive. 

• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think ahead. 

• A mature and self-reliant personality who knows when to ask questions. 

• A genuine interest in logistics and operational excellence. 

• Willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment where teamwork matters.
