Supply Planner

What will you do? 

As a Supply Planner, you will oversee and optimize the entire value chain—from suppliers to customers—working closely with sales, category management, and procurement. Your mission? Ensure inventory levels meet customer demand while minimizing stock and aligning with S&OP decisions. 

Your key responsibilities: 

• Communicate proactively with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to align demand and supply plans. 

• Monitor the supply chain and resolve disruptions efficiently. 

• Optimize inventory across warehouses and manage replenishment and intercompany flows using Slim4. 

• Support S&OP processes and ensure operational plans align with company goals. 

• Continuously improve processes, systems, and team performance. 

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Economics). 

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven. 

• Team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proactive, with initiative and data-driven decision-making.

Big bonus if you have: 

• Relevant experience in a technical wholesale or retail environment. 

• Background in supply chain management or demand planning. 

• Familiarity with S&OP processes. 

• Experience with planning & optimization IT systems (e.g., Slim4, SAP IBP, Kinaxis).
