Our logistics are well-organized to ensure efficient and reliable operations. With advanced planning systems and distribution centers, we manage inventory effectively and deliver to customers across multiple countries. As a Supply and Demand Planner you play a crucial part in ensuring our inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

- Your Role: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales, category management, procurement, and operations to forecast demand and plan inventory levels. You will analyze data to identify trends, providing baseline forecasts to guide monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles. You’ll also monitor supply chain activities, address disruptions, and contribute to inventory optimization while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- What you’ll see: Your workday starts with a casual coffee/tea and catching up with colleagues on achievements and challenges. You’ll dive into tasks based on priority, helping team members resolve issues while keeping everyone informed. Beyond regular duties, you'll have opportunities to experiment, explore new ideas, or document your work.
Job requirements
Why this role suits your talent:
• Your Background: You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, operations management, economics, or a related field. You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a (technical) wholesale environment. Additionally, you possess proven experience in supply chain or demand planning.
• Your Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of inventory management and forecasting techniques. You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of MS Office, SLIM, and D365, with familiarity in other advanced planning systems like SAP APO or Kinaxis being an added bonus.
• Your Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively. You are highly adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced, international environments. Your ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently with diverse teams is one of your key strengths.
What you may expect from us:
• Salary: Minimum salary starting from gross €4100,- per month. Your experiences and skills will determine your salary, which will be discussed at the end of our selection process
• Vacation: 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on 40 hrs workweek)
