Job description

As a Sales Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer relations, sales operations, and teamwork. You’ll be based in Odense, working closely with internal and external sales teams while receiving top-notch training.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team: Handle order entry, offer follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
Assist in relationship building: Communicate with customers and collaborate with external sales.
Gain hands-on experience: Join customer visits and develop your sales skills.
Learn & grow: Participate in a structured apprenticeship program including training courses and office visits abroad.
Job requirements
Our new Sales Trainee brings at least:
Relevant education: Currently pursuing HHX, EUX, or similar.
Sales-driven mindset: Passion for customer relations and business.
Strong communication skills: Fluent in Danish and English (other Scandinavian languages are a plus!).
Proactive and structured way of working: Comfortable in a dynamic, international environment.

Attention to detail: Accuracy in processing orders and following up on offers.
Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build solid relationships with customers and colleagues.
