Are you looking to turn data into decisions that make a real impact? At MegaGroup, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst who combines analytical thinking with commercial awareness. In this role, you’ll be part of our central pricing team, playing a key role in improving our strategic pricing policy, how we manage gross price levels, pricing structures, and margin optimization across multiple countries. 

You will work closely with sales teams, category managers and finance to set accurate prices, optimise discount structures and monitor performance. Your work will directly support smarter pricing decisions and stronger margins.

What you’ll do

You will take ownership of a wide range of pricing responsibilities, including:

• Conducting product benchmarks and setting gross prices across countries

• Updating gross prices in line with cost price changes

• Defining and maintaining customer templates and discount groups

• Providing insights on discounting strategies and pricing structures

• Gathering local market intelligence in collaboration with sales

• Driving initiatives to improve margin performance

• Preparing monthly reports on pricing and margin trends

What you bring

• A completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business, finance, economics or data analytics

• At least three years of experience in pricing, analytics or a finance-related role

• Strong skills in Excel and confidence working with large datasets

• A structured, detail-oriented and analytical working style

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with various stakeholders

• Fluency in English. Dutch or another European language is a plus
