Location: Field-based role covering Midlands & Anglian Area

YOUR MISSION

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry. As part of MegaGroup, Anchor Pumps is an established and highly respected distributor of pumps and water engineering products, representing our pump expertise in the UK market and delivering high-quality solutions and technical support to a wide range of customers. 

As an Area Sales Manager at Anchor Pumps, you will lead commercial growth in the Midlands & Anglian Area. This is a field-based role focused on managing all channels of sales, including Merchants/M&E Contractor/Industrial customers. You'll be responsible for delivering sales targets, driving customer engagement, and finding new customer opportunities. 
 

HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS

  • Sales Delivery: Achieve revenue and margin targets across the designated region

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, contractors, and partners

  • Technical Sales & Specification: Influence product specification and secure agreements through technical consultation

  • Territory & Account Management: Lead account reviews, pipeline development, and territory planning

  • Customer & Market Engagement: Represent the business at meetings, presentations, and industry events

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Reporting & Systems: Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales activity reporting

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within pumps and water supply infrastructure. 

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills 

  • A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach 

  • Ability to manage complex accounts and deliver sustainable value 

  • High levels of self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility to travel regionally
