Availability: 32–40 hours per week (4 days/week possible). 
Location: Office-based in Veghel. Working from home is possible one day per week.

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry. 

As our Senior Marketing Specialist – German Market, you play a key role in driving MegaGroup's growth ambitions in Germany. You translate our overall marketing strategy into impactful campaigns, compelling content, and engaging customer experiences that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and create long-term customer value.

Combining creativity with a data-driven mindset, you leverage modern marketing tools, AI technologies, and automation to enhance campaign performance, content creation, personalization, and customer engagement. You are excited by innovation and enjoy exploring new ways to increase marketing effectiveness and business impact.

Working closely with sales offices, category management, and e-commerce, you ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, scalable, and locally relevant while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.

WE COUNT ON YOU TO:

• Drive impactful marketing campaigns : Plan, manage, and execute the central campaign calendar across markets, translating commercial priorities into effective multi-channel campaigns.

• Create strong, consistent content and brand experience : Lead content creation and oversee marketing materials to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels, from social media to landing pages and offline assets.

• Optimize digital marketing performance : Manage marketing automation (Klaviyo), improve SEO/SEA performance, and collaborate with agencies to continuously enhance campaign results and ROI.

• Leverage data to improve results : Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and turn data into actionable improvements and smarter marketing decisions.

• Drive lead generation and customer engagement : Develop and scale lead generation initiatives and manage loyalty programs to strengthen customer relationships and enhance customer value.

• Collaborate across teams and markets : Work closely with sales offices, category management, and e-commerce to ensure alignment, while supporting local teams with tools, content, and frameworks for success.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEA and familiarity with marketing automation systems.

• Proficiency in creating content and using tools like InDesign/Photoshop and Canva.

• Knowledge of how to effectively apply AI tools effectively in marketing, content creation and campaigning.

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.

• Proven ability to create compelling content and lead campaigns from concept to execution.

• Analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across markets effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & German. If you speak Dutch as well, that’s a great bonus!

• Competitive gross annual salary range of €55,000 – €60,000 (depending on experience), complemented by a bonus scheme.
