Our brand-new office in Deinze has just opened, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Inside Sales Support to join our team. Are you commercially driven, administratively skilled, and ready to help shape our continued growth? Then this could be your moment.

What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Support, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and support the sales team in their day-to-day activities. You’ll ensure smooth, accurate, and customer-oriented handling of quotations, orders, and inquiries. You keep an overview, think ahead, and play a key role in our commercial processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing and following up on quotations, orders, and deliveries.

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions by phone and email.

• Spotting commercial opportunities and either passing them on or taking action yourself.

• Collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, and purchasing.

• Deepening your product knowledge to provide tailored advice to customers.

What do you bring?

• Some experience in a commercial or administrative role is an advantage, but not a must.

• You’re customer-oriented, communicative, and solution-driven.

• You work accurately and have solid administrative skills.

• You’re eager to learn and grow together with us.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
