Job description

As the Development Manager – Pumps, you'll lead our Swedish expansion. This is a unique opportunity to create and grow a department from the ground up. With a strong pipeline of warm leads, you’ll consult, advise, and deliver the perfect solutions. You’ll drive immediate impact, from crafting proposals to building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conquer the Swedish market: Jump into the Swedish building services sector, uncover customer needs, and turn every lead into a loyal partner with your game-changing solutions.

  • Become the legend of the pumping industry: Use your expert water tech knowledge to guide customers in picking the perfect pumps—they’ll trust your expertise to make the right choice.

Job requirements

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make things happen. If you’ve got the technical knowledge, the drive to succeed, and a passion for building new markets, this is your chance to make a real impact.

  • Experience in sales of water technical products or pumps, with a solid network in the industry

  • Strong technical understanding of pump solutions and their applications across different sectors

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A results-driven mindset, eager to grow the market and drive business growth
