We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our friendly finance team. Anchor Pumps, a market leader in pump sales for over 30 years, has the family-business feel of its roots and the backing of MegaGroup’s investment to drive growth. This is your chance to play a key role in our continued success!

Key responsibilities:

  • Keep the cash flowing: Ensure accurate and timely payments to creditors.

  • Conquer the invoices: Input invoices into Sage and keep financial records spotless.

  • Master the reconciliations: Perform monthly statement checks and prepare payment docs like a pro.

  • Own the transactions: Handle cash and bank processes with precision and care.

  • Tackle the tricky bits: Work with the warehouse team to solve queries efficiently.

  • Be the team’s backbone: Step up to help with ad-hoc tasks and keep things running smoothly.

Job requirements

To be considered for this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • Relevant education or equivalent experience (A-level/MBO level or higher).

  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in an international business-to-business environment.

  • Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures.

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Sage 50/200 (advantageous but not essential).

  • A strong eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues.

  • Organized, pragmatic, and able to perform under pressure.
