Job requirements

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while supporting reporting, compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and posting journal entries, including accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments.

  • Managing month-end and year-end closing activities in line with reporting deadlines.

  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies.

  • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.

  • Supporting preparation of VAT returns and other statutory reporting requirements.

  • Contributing to financial reporting, audits and internal controls.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across Finance and other business functions in an international environment.

  • Driving improvements, standardization and automation of accounting processes.

    What you'll bring

  • Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger or Financial Accounting.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a close-knit team.

  • Good command of English, allowing you to communicate confidently in an international environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

  • German language skills.
