Assistent Teamlead Warehouse

As an Assistant Teamlead Warehouse, you’ll be right in the heart of our operations, leading the charge to deliver timely and accurate services to our customers. Your role will revolve around assisting in the seamless operation of our warehouse while stepping in to replace the Team Lead when needed. You'll oversee order flow, inbound goods, and ensure orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time, making sure everything is in order for delivery and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive warehouse performance: Take charge of managing the day-to-day order flow, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

• Lead by example: Assist in supervising team activities, dividing tasks, and providing guidance to help employees meet quality standards.

• Streamline processes: Monitor, evaluate, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the efficiency of warehouse operations.

• Be a problem-solving hero: Detect imperfections, resolve issues, and ensure the smooth running of operations.

• Champion Lean & 6S practices: Keep the warehouse organized and efficient, ensuring a safe and productive environment at all times.

• Manage the WMS like a pro: Take charge of order planning in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves. We require:

• At least 5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment and have a strong understanding of logistics and warehouse processes.

• A hands-on, decisive, and capable of leading by example—helping guide a team and handling daily challenges with confidence.

• Patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

Key Skills:

• Warehouse Mastery: Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and WMS systems.

• Communication Superpower: Strong communicator, able to give clear instructions and escalate when necessary.
