Job description

At MegaGroup Logistics Services Poland, part of the international MegaGroup organization operating across Europe in water technology, finance plays a key role in ensuring stability, control and sustainable growth.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator who will take ownership of financial operations while working closely with international colleagues within our SSC structure.

What you will be responsible for?

You will take ownership of end-to-end financial administration for foreign entities within the Group (Germany, Denmark and Sweden) ensuring accurate, timely and compliant accounting operations in line with group standards.

Your scope will include:

  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and supporting full monthly closing processes, including journal entries, accruals and balance reconciliation

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments, effective credit control and optimized liquidity

  • Processing and reconciling bank transactions and overseeing cash flow accuracy

  • Supporting statutory and tax reporting (VAT, EU reporting, Intrastat)

  • Acting as a financial partner to the Sales team by providing analysis of open items, payment terms and credit limits

  • Collaborating with the SSC structure and international colleagues across MegaGroup

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting or related field.

  • Experience in accounting and good understanding of month-end closing processes.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, combined with accuracy, responsibility and strong organizational skills.

  • The ability to work under pressure and take structured, decisive action.

  • Good command of English (spoken and written) enabling daily cooperation in an international environment.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) will be considered an additional advantage.
