The HR team at Megagroup may be small, but it’s highly dedicated, collaborative, and driven by impact. You’ll be working closely with two HR Officers across our Dutch and Polish locations, reporting directly to the CHRO.

As our new Corporate Recruiter, you’ll step into a role that’s all about connecting people to opportunity. From sourcing and selecting to onboarding and optimizing—you’ll be the go-to for finding and guiding talent, while strengthening our employer brand and supporting business growth across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the recruitment show: From intake to onboarding, you're in control—keeping the process smooth, structured, and focused on people.

  • Hunt down top talent with flair: Use every channel (and your creative edge) to attract the right candidates at the right time.

  • Team up with hiring leads: Work hand-in-hand with managers to understand their needs and deliver spot-on matches.

  • Make the candidate experience unforgettable: Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and a journey that candidates actually enjoy.

  • Keep the engine running smarter: Improve how we hire by spotting inefficiencies and streamlining the process like a pro.

  • Shine a light on our brand: Bring fresh energy to our employer branding efforts and help make Megagroup the place to be.

Job requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, bring energy and precision to every part of the recruitment process, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. You thrive on finding talent in bold, unconventional ways—whether that’s through smart sourcing tactics, fresh platforms, or untapped networks. You don’t wait for briefs—you’re already talking to hiring managers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions before they ask. If you’re excited to build trusted partnerships across the business and keep our talent pipeline not just full—but future-ready—this role has your name on it.

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment—either in-house or agency-side.

  • Skilled in (Business) English; Dutch or Polish is a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruitee, and AFAS.

  • Experience with international recruitment or working in a multinational environment is a definite advantage.
