Warehouse Supervisor

WE ARE SEEKING A DEDICATED TEAMLEAD WAREHOUSE / WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR TO JOIN OUR WAREHOUSE/OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT AT MEGAGROUP LOGISTIC SERVICES B.V. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE MANAGER TO ENSURE THE SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT OPERATION OF OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITIES WITH A FOCUS ON GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.

Responsibilities Supervisor warehouse (80%):

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the International Warehouse Manager to achieve departmental goals.

Additional Responsibilities Teamlead inbound (20%):

• Report directly to the International Warehouse Manager, alongside other team leads.
• Serve as the daily point of contact on the warehouse floor for other team leads.
• Provide support and coaching to team leads as needed.
• Coordinate process improvements in the warehouse that span across teams.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems to effectively monitor and control correct stock locations and warehouse flow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to uphold industry standards.
• Experience in team supervision and training to foster professional growth and development.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
