Join our finance team at our head office in Veghel

We’re a dynamic, diverse group of 7 colleagues - 3 FA’s and 3 AP specialists- who report directly to Eveline and we work together in a lively office space—think open-plan with lots of collaboration and a little chatter on the side!

By contributing in the day to day tasks you’ll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly during a busy period with vacations and maternity leave.
Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage accounts payable: Process invoices, match payments, and resolve discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Handle cash and bank transactions: Process statements and book ledger mutations

  • Maintain financial records: Record invoices, assist with balance sheet prep, and ensure accurate cost allocations.

If you have additional knowledge of Accounts Receivable you can also support us by:

  • Manage receivables: Oversee accounts receivable for Megagroup, optimize payments, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Proactive credit control: Monitor orders, apply credit holds, approve transactions, and send reminders as needed.

Job requirements

This is a temporary position to support the team during vacation and maternity leave. We’d like to see you bring at least:

  • MBO 4 or equivalent education level.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting or ERP systems. Quick to adapt to new systems.

  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to handle pressure with a pragmatic approach.

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail for accurate financial processing.

  • Strong communication skills for liaising with teams and customers.

  • Ability to manage accounts payable (and receivable) effectively.

  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
