Hands-on Teamleider Warehouse

You’ll be working in the outer area of our warehouse, where many of our large and uniquely sized products are stored. As a hands-on team lead, you’ll not only guide your team but also actively contribute to operational processes, keeping your feet firmly on the ground and your leadership close to the action.

To be considered for this role, we require the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.

• Proven leadership experience in a similar environment.

• MBO-level education or equivalent.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
