Job description

At MegaGroup Logistics Services Poland, we're looking for a proactive and organized Supply Coordinator to join our international Demand & Supply Chain team.

As a Supply Coordinator, you'll make sure suppliers deliver on time - helping keep our supply chain running smoothly and ensuring products are available when our customers need them.

What you'll be doing

As a Supply Coordinator, you'll help ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to our warehouses while maintaining high product availability and supporting efficient supply chain operations.

• Monitoring open purchase orders and supplier confirmations to ensure timely deliveries.

• Proactively following up with suppliers to prevent or resolve delivery delays.

• Maintaining accurate delivery dates and purchase order information in the ERP system.

• Communicating supply risks and delivery issues to supply planners and other stakeholders.

• Coordinating incoming deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams.

• Supporting supply planners in managing backorders and supply shortages.

• Identifying potential supply disruptions and helping implement corrective actions.

• Ensuring suppliers provide timely and accurate order confirmations and shipment information.

• Resolving supply-related inquiries efficiently while supporting internal stakeholders and maintaining effective communication with suppliers.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and supplier collaboration.

Job requirements

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Economics or a related field.

• Experience in a supply chain, logistics or procurement support role.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills, including working with functions such as Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

• Proactive mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Good command of English, allowing you to communicate confidently in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a technical wholesale or retail environment.

• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or similar.

• Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to use them to improve everyday work and increase efficiency.
