At MegaGroup, we are looking for an Assistant Controller to manage the accounting for our German sales entity and become part of our fast-growing SSC.

What’s in store for you in this role?

✔ Full-cycle accounting for the German entity – from daily bookkeeping to reporting financial results to the headquarters and shareholders
✔ Active participation in the month-end and year-end closing process
✔ Financial analysis and reporting results to the COO and CFO
✔ Close collaboration with the international finance team, including budgeting and forecasting
✔ Working with auditors and tax advisors

✔ You have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and/or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
✔ You are fluent in Polish, English (B2/C1 level) and have basic German (A2 level)
✔ You can set priorities and have strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
✔ You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and use it efficiently in your daily work
✔ You can work independently in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
✔ You are proactive, communicative, and thrive in a team-oriented setting
