Become our new Credit Control Assistant colleague!

Part-time 16–24 hours (preferably mornings until 13:00)

Are you an accurate and proactive person who gets energy from monitoring financial processes and minimizing risks? Would you like to work in an ambitious international organization that is rapidly developing? Then we are looking for you!

Your mission

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for monitoring our accounts receivable portfolio and will play a crucial role in assessing and releasing customer orders. You will ensure that customers are delivered on time, while keeping our financial risks under control. You are not afraid to call (foreign) customers, likes to contribute ideas for improvements, and works well with colleagues.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor outstanding debtor balances

  • Contact customers (phone & email) regarding overdue payments

  • Identify payment risks and advise on credit limits

  • Review and release orders based on creditworthiness

  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance on disputes or high-risk orders

  • Support continuous improvement of the credit control process

 

What you bring

  • Completed financial training and have experience in accounts receivable management.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act firmly but in a customer-oriented manner.

  • Accurate, precise, and reliable

  • Independent, proactive, and result-driven

  • Team player who enjoys connecting with colleagues

  • Experience with D365 is a strong advantage; good knowledge of Excel and MS Office

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
